Booking and using Bedale Golf Swing Studio

• You must be a Registered User in order to book the Golf Swing Studio.
  • Only Bedale Golf Club members are eligible for registration.
  • If you're not already registered, click New Member Application to submit your application.
  • Please allow approximately 48 hours for your application to be approved.
  • Once approved, you will be sent login details and further instructions from bedaleswingstudio@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
  • Please be sure to white-list or add bedaleswingstudio@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk to your safe/allowed senders to ensure the message gets delivered to your Inbox.
• Once registered, you will have immediate access to book the Golf Swing Studio 14 days in advance from 6 am. In other words, when booking to play 14 days in advance the new booking sheets only become available from 6 am -- all other times within 14 days can be booked 24/7.
• The booking fees for the Golf Swing Studio are £10 per hour.
• You can share the booking fees within this application when using the Golf Swing Studio with other Registered Users, as follows.
  • After booking, click "select opponent(s)" and add other Registered Users to your booking.
  • On the day playing, this application will send a Booking Reminder email to the other Registered Users on your booking with instructions to share your booking fee.
• Maximum 4 persons per session.
• Cancellations & Refunds
  • When unable to use the Golf Swing Studio, you should cancel as soon as possible so that the studio may be used by others.
  • There is no late-cancellation charge if you cancel more than 24 hours prior to start time (Guest Fees are also automatically refunded).
  • The booking fee is non-refundable within 24 hours prior, however, the late-cancellation charge is automatically removed (refunded) if the same time-slot is rebooked (by you or someone else).
• Member Accounts
  • You must have sufficient credit on your booking system account in order to book the Golf Swing Studio.
  • You can purchase credit (£20 minimum) when logged-in to this system.
  • Your transaction will be processed by Stripe, and your booking system account will be credited immediately.
